Is it possible that this says “wife of” Cornelius Dils? We do not have a death date for his wife and she was born about 1798 which would make her about 62 years at her death if she died in 1861. I can’t read the inscription very well and this would fit her. Several of her children moved to Elkhart from Virginia and she may have joined them after the death of Cornelius. Thank you in advance for your time and for taking this photograph.
