Mrs.William L.(Maud Dunlap)Shellabarger,Jr.78,of
1 Montgomery Place died at 4:30 pm Wednesday in Decatur Memorial hospital.
Mrs.Shellabarger was the wife of the former president of several grain milling and processing firms and the principal stockholder in the corporaton that founded television station WTVP,which later became WAND-TV.
Mrs. Shellabarger was born in Ledyard,Iowa, a daughter of Austin Bryon and Demarest Beaird Dunlap. She was a member of St.Johns Episcopal church and a former member of St. Marthas Guild of the church. She as also a member of the Decatur Memorial hospital Auxillary and a former board member of Webster Hall.
On June 13, 1924 she was married to William L.Shellbarger Jr. in Decatur. Survivors include her husband,daughters, Mrs. Ira(Anne Elizabeth)Abbott o La Perte, Ind. Mrs.Scott William(MaryDunlap)Cleave of Decatur,Mrs. Richard A (Helen Adair)Clark of Seattle,Wash. and 12 grandchildren. Two sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 3 pm Saturday in the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
