Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
He was the loving husband of Margaret Shadow Rauch; and is survived by his mother, Nellie Munson Rauch of Houma; one son, Nicklaus Rauch of Atlanta; two daughters, Heidi Rauch of Atlanta and Shannon Lovell of New Orleans; three brothers, Bernard Rauch of San Antonio, Michael Rauch of Houston and Jaime Rauch of Houma; one grandchild, Aria Rauch; and his close friend, Art Magee of Houma.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard T. Rauch Sr.; one brother, Randy Rauch; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Glendy J. Munson and Mr. and Mrs. John B. Rauch.
He was vice president of purchasing for Offshore Specialties.
He was an avid fisherman and will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and by all whose lives he touched during his years on this earth.
He was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
