Hazel Fowler Mitchell Abney Cline, 87, of Vevay, formerly of Malden, Mo., died Friday, Nov. 26, 2010, at Swiss Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Vevay.
She was born Feb. 5, 1923, in Hillham, Tenn., the daughter of John and Grace Daniels Abney. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She had lived in Vevay since June 2008.
She is survived by two daughters, Wauneta Armstrong of Vevay and Joyce Hasseld of Lafayette; one son, John Cline; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Paul Cline, whom she married Aug. 29, 1959, and who died Aug. 6, 1977; her parents; and one infant brother.
Burial was in New Crown Cemetery in Indianapolis.
