Eula Mae Stanley of West Grove
Eula Mae Stanley, 71, of West Grove, formerly of Laurel Bloomery, Tenn., passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Jennersville Regional Hospital.
Born in Mountain City, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Vada V. Gentry Abel.
She was a member of New London Baptist Church in Kelton. She enjoyed writing poetry.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Back and husband, Matthew, of Coatesville; two sons, Douglas Stanley and wife, Sherry, of Trade, Tenn. and Robin Stanley and wife, Wendy, of Oxford; seven grandchildren; one great- grandchild; and one brother, Harold Dean Abel of Gap. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil and Wayne Abel.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 20, at the Edward L. Collins, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Pine Street, Oxford, where friends and family may call on Sunday, December 19, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Interment will be in Nottingham Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
