At twelve years of age, she moved to Kansas with her parents. There she was married to A.A. Abbott, February 24, 1893. Shortly after their marriage, they came to Nebraska and resided on a farm near Ohiowa. Then they returned to Kansas and later came to Milligan, Neb., where they resided about six years, removing to Geneva last April. Mrs. Abbott had been an invalid for some time.
Mrs. Abbott is survived by her husband and four daughters, Mrs. C.E. Burkholder; Sylvia, Faye, and Bernice Abbott of Geneva.
The funeral took place from the Methodist Episcopal church in Geneva at 2p.m. Monday and was conducted by Rev. W.L. Austin. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery.
