She was born Jan. 31, 1914 at Roberts, the daughter Wheelock Harvey and Kathryn Sampson Abbott. She grew up in Mud Lake and attended school at Mud Lake and Roberts, graduating from Roberts High School. She took nurse's training at the old Spencer Hospital and also in Los Angeles, Calif. She worked at Los Angeles General Hospital. She moved to San Francisco in 1960 and while there took a course in medical technology. She also worked in San Francisco General Hospital.
Survivors include three sisters, Helen LaHue of Los Angeles, Calif., Bessie M. Polk of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Mrs. Jack (Doris) Gerard of Terreton.
