Anne Louise Anderson

Anne Anderson of Lavina,Mt passed away at the age of 92 on Friday October 29,2010.

Anne was born September 16, 1918 in Cushman,Mt, the youngest of six children born
to Frank & Francis Taborsky. Anne rode an ornery horse from the family ranch South
of Cushman to grade school in Cushman, then transfered to Belmont school and graduated
from Lavina High School in 1936.

In the following year, she attended and graduated from the Business School in Billings,Mt
and worked in that town until she married Harold Anderson in 1940. Anne spent the rest of
her life on their ranch East of Lavina, where she raised her two sons, Bruce and Sylvan.

Anne cooked for their shearing and lambing crews, hired hands and her family, and raised
ducks,geese and chickens, Whenever Harold needed help with the stock, Anne worked alone
side him. Anne loved to garden and canned many of the vegetables that she raised. Anne loved
to go hunting with Harold, family and friends, and traveled to several countries in Europe
and many states in the U.S. Later in life she spent most Wednesdays at the senior center in
Lavina enjoing lunch and playing cards. She was also a member of the Tuesday Card Club and the
Literary Club.

Anne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold, three brothers and one sister,
her son Bruce and his son John. Anne is survived by her son Sylvan, his children, Scott and
Jamie , Bruces children Robin, Michelle, Brian, Kurt and Nora. Several nephews and nieces 10
great grandchildren and many friends.

Graveside services will be on Friday November 12th at 3:00 p.m. at the Lavina Cemetery, with
a memorial after at the senior center.
