Charles Adametz Services Held

Charles F. Adametz, 71, died at his home in Buckeye township, on Thursday July 26. He has been a resident of Gladwin county for the past 24 years, previously he lived in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Adametz was born in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, on November 28, 1874, and was later married to Maria Svatek, who survives him together with four sons, John and Charles of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Joseph of Midland and Frank of Gladwin; three daughters, Marie of Canonburgh, Pennsylvania, Rose of Chicago, Illinois and Helen of Gladwin; also ten granddchildren, one grandson, Charles R. McKenna is serving in the South Pacific. A daughter, Stephania Alice preceded her father in death.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, at 10 a. m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, burial took place in Highland cemetery. Rev. Father K. E. McGinn officiated. The four sons and two sons-in-law acted as pallbearers at the services.
