QUANAH - Joe Keys, 69, died Saturday, April 16, 2011, in Quanah.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Assembly of God with the Rev. Frank Palmer of Pampa, officiating, and the Rev. W.E. Ikard, of Lawton, Okla., assisting. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park by Smith Funeral Home, Quanah.

Mr. Key was born Aug. 7, 1941, in Stilwell, Okla., to Loranzo Dow and Essie Mae Parker Keys. He was a longtime resident of Quanah and married Linda Louise Walker on Feb. 19, 1960, in Quanah.

Survivors include his wife of Quanah; a daughter, Kathy Candelaria of Quanah; a son, Ronnie Keys of Quanah; a sister, Marcia Gail Eddings of Luther, Okla.; and five grandchildren

QUANAH — Joe Keys, 69, of Quanah died Saturday, April 16, 2011, in Quanah.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Frank Palmer of Pampa, Texas, officiating, and Rev. W.E. Ikard of Lawton, Okla., assisting. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Quanah.

Mr. Key was a self-employed entrepreneur.

Survivors include wife, Linda Keys of Quanah; one daughter, Kathy Candelaria of Quanah; one son, Ronnie of Quanah; one sister, Marcia Eddings of Luther, Okla.; and five grandchildren.

Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
