LAURNA ROBERTA MOORE
Laurna was born the daughter of John Donald and Lula Electa (Taylor) Carver on September 19, 1922 at Old Ackman, Colo. She passed away at home on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at the age of 83.

Surviving Laurna are her four sons, Don Moore and wife, Janet of Cortez, Jack Moore of Cortez, Phil Moore and wife, Becky of Cortez and Stan Moore also of Cortez; and 32 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren. Her sisters and brothers, Sarah Fish, Daniel Carver, John Carver Jr., and Milda Sitton all of Cortez, and Darrell Carver of Fort Worth, Texas also survive.

Laurna was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Bob Moore; and a daughter, Gayle Moore.
Funeral services for lifelong Cortez resident Laurna Roberta Moore will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 2 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Mr. Doug Carver of the Church of The First Born will officiate. Interment will follow at Arriola Cemetery.

Visitation has been set for Tuesday evening beginning at 6 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
