The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, interment being in Douglas cemetery. Rev. J. S. Davis officiated, the burial being in charge of Ashlar lodge of the Masons.
Mr. Adair was born at Douglasville, Georgia July 31, 1848. He was united in marriage to Ophelia Pace November 8, 1873. To this union ten children were born, five sons and five daughters, seven of whom, with his wife, survive him. The children who live in Wyoming are Mrs. Harris, Mrs. Gallon, Mrs. Connors and Alvin Adair; the other children living in Montana, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
Mr. Adair was a member of the Baptist church since his seventeenth year and he was a member of the Masons for five years.
