The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam. Crum, of this city, and one of the most esteemed young ladies of Garnett, where she has lived all her life. Rev. Acheson was for several years the popular and talented pastor of the United Presbyterian church of this city and is a rising man in his profession. He is at present located at Pine Bush, near New York City, where he has charge of a large congregation. About fifty guests witnessed the ceremony and afterward enjoyed the hospitality of the Crum family at dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Acheson were escorted to the Santa Fe north at 2:25 p.m. by the relatives and young guests of the wedding party and given a cheerful and affectionate send off by their friends. After visiting several points of interest enroute they will be at home at Pine Bush.
