AMERICAN FALLS - Funeral services will be held in American Falls Friday for Ottmar Peter Winter, 54, a former resident of the city who died Tuesday in Idaho Falls.

Winter lived in and around American Falls from 1911 to 1947, when he moved to Kelly, Wyo., to live with a sister.

He was born July 10, 1910 at Menno, S.D., a son of Adolph and Karoline Flemmer Winter. The family moved to American Falls when he was a year old.

Surviving are two brother, H.G.A. Winter and E.C. Winter, both of American Falls; and sisters Mrs. H.R. Crandall, Moose, Wyo., and Mrs. Cornelia Abercrombie, Kelly, Wyo.

Services will be at 11 a.m. in the St. John's Lutheran Church with Rev. E.F. Loessel of Jackson, Wyo., officiating. Burial will be in Fallsview Cemetery under direction of Davis Mortuary.
