HEART ATTACK FATAL TO MYRON C. ABBOTT
Myron C. Abbott, age 65, of Martinsville, suffered a heart attack at Paragon. He was taken to the hospital at Martinsville where he died.
He was born November 7, 1897, in Paragon, the son of Gus and Ellen (Cunningham) Abbott. He had been living in Martinsville and had purchased property in Paragon in preparation of moving there. Funeral services were held at the Paragon Christian Church with burial in the Friendship Cemetery.
He was survived by three aunts: Mrs. R. T. Humphreys of Martinsville, Mrs. Lulu Hamilton of Morgantown and Mrs. Ida Gibbs of San Diego, California.
