Adeline was born March 24, 1935, in rural Napoleon to Joe and Helen (Mitzel) Aberle and was raised and educated in the St. Boniface area. She married Bill Glatt Oct. 1, 1956. They lived on his family farm south of Napoleon for 31 years before moving to Bismarck in 1982. Here they managed an apartment complex.
Adeline is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bill, Bismarck; two daughters, Loree (Russ) Becker, Lakeville, Minn., and Cheryl (Robert) Burns, Mandan; two grandsons, Grant and Lance Becker; her parents, Joe and Helen Aberle, Napoleon; six brothers, Sebastian (Betty), Bismarck, LeRoy (Carmen), South Dakota, David (Judy), Iowa, Larry (Sue), Illinois, Steve (Pat), Missouri, and Joseph (Lorraine), Wishek; two sisters, Marie Mitzel, California, and Helen (Marcus) Franck, Fargo.
Adeline was preceded in death by one brother, James; one brother-in-law, Mike Mitzel; and two infant grandchildren.
