She was born January 19, 1921, to the late Orland & Sallie (Simpson) Eggleson. She latter married James C. Haley who preceded her in death.
She was a member of D.A.R. and active with the J.O.Y. Sunday school class at First Baptist Church Jefferson City.
Survivors include: one son, James Haley; one daughter Martha and Greg Schannpel; one sister Ann Abbott; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren/ and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Others who preceded her in death include; one sister Frances McAllister.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heartland Cremation & Burial Society.
