She was a native of Bulloch County. She was a retired schoolteacher and was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are a nephew, Urquit Aaron of Savannah; five sisters, Mrs. Clyde Collins and Mrs. Seab Herrington, both of Swainsboro, Mrs. Lillie Cooper of Rocky Mount, N.C., and Miss Josie Aaron and Mrs. Herbert Stewart, both of Portal; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. today at the Poplar Springs Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
Smith-Tillman Mortuary of Statesboro is in charge.
