Carrie Elizabeth Sandoval, 76, passed away Nov. 17, 2011. She was born Sept. 6, 1935, in Carter, Ky., to the union of Leslie and Myne McCleese, who preceded her in death; along with her sister, Jane Fannin; and mother-in-law, Rose Arellano. She married her soulmate, Paul R. Sandoval, on April 29, 1962, in Walsenburg, Colo. Carrie retired as a bookkeeper from Firestone. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. She loved traveling all over the United States with her husband and daughter. Carrie leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Paul R. Sandoval; her children, Anthony H. Fannin, Edward Fannin and Alicia Fannin; her siblings, Marlin (Nancy) Fannin, Mart (Janet) Fannin and Marie Fannin; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; several in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral service, 10:30 a.m. Friday, Angelus Chapel. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
