Nortonville, Wednesday evening, March
30th, aged 62 years. Mr. Abbey had
been in poor health for some time, but
a few days before his death he was
taken with a severe attack of pleurisy,
from which he was unable to rally.
Besides his widow he is survived by
two daughters, Mrs. Grace Newcomb,
of Albany, and Mrs. C. Farmer, of
Canton, and one son, Charles Abbey,
by a former marriage. The funeral
was held from the Presbyterian church
Sunday at 12:30 the Episcopal rector
of Constableville officiating. The service
was under the direction of Turin
Lodge, F. & A. M., of which the deceased
was a member. Interment in
Old Glendale Cemetery
