McMinnville residents and Coffee County native Beatrice Louise Abney, 78, died Feb. 18. at St. Thomas Hospital after an extended illness.
A homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Joe and Annie "Kinnard" May.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Martha and Ebb Jones,and Betty and Johnny Rogers, all of Campaign; two brothers, Houston May of Joanna, S. C., and Eugene MY of Kentucky; two sisters, Josephine Farrar of Manchester and Veda Uselton of Murfreesboro; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday at Hugh's Chapel with Paul Gunn officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation began yesterday at High,s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
