Hattie Eunice (nee Gove) was born in Washington, Sullivan, NH in 1854, according to the only family tree I found at Ancestry.com.

She married William Emery Abbott (b. Apr 1847 in NH), around 1877.

The US Census for Washington DC for 1900 shows Hattie E. (b. Sep 1854)and husband William E. (a broker) living in Washington DC with their sons: Russell G.(b. Dec 1878), Arthur H.(b. Dec 1881), Ralph F. (b. Oct 1884), Roland D. (b. Oct 1887) and George H. Abbott (b. Apr 1890).

The 1910 US Census for DC shows Hattie and William E. Abbott still living in the same place with three of the sons still at home (Russell, Roland & George).

By 1920, Hattie is living in Powder River County MT with son Ralph; she is a now a widow.

By 1930, she is living in Bozeman with son Arthur and family.

A number of Abbott family members, including her husband William Emery (W. E.) are buried at this same cemetery in Miles City.
