Charles William Glause, a native of Grand Island and a resident of Archer, Neb. for many years, died in an Omaha hospital June 11, 1951. He was 64 years old.
Funeral services were held in the Archer Evangelical United Brethren Church June 16. The Rev. D.S. Bornemeier of Archer officiated, assisted by the Rev. D.J. Park of Central City.
Family services were conducted by the Solt Funeral Home in Central City.
Mr. Glause was born in Grand Island Nov. 3, 1886, a son of Mr. And Mrs. William J. Glause. He was married, June 15, 1912, in Grand Island to Miss Ida Blauhorn. After their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Glause moved to the Archer community, where they spent the rest of their life together except for seven years in Sherman county.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Cecil in Central City, one brother, Paul Glause, Milburn; four sisters, Mrs. Hulda Wittgren, Stromsburg; Mrs. Esther Peck, Clarks; Mrs. Lena Campbell, Genoa, and Mrs. Bertha Anderson, Halsey.
