Edna R. Abeyta, 62, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on June 19, 1999. Mrs. Abeyta is survived by her beloved husband of forty one years, Fidel Abeyta; three daughters, Doris War and her husband, Ray, Joann Carr and her husband, Brian and Valerie Abeyta and her boyfriend, Art Villescas; three sons, Isaac Abeyta and his wife, Bernadine Archuleta-Abeyta, Randy Abeyta and his wife, Sandra and Bryan Abeyta and his girlfriend, Krissy Chapman; her brothers and sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Gallegos, Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Gallegos, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Gallegos, Mary Montano, Hazel Barreras and Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Ferris; fourteen grandchildren, Loretta Gallegos, Sabrina Henderson, Lori Abeyta, David Torrez, Victoria Abeyta, Randy Abeyta Jr., Bryan Abeyta, Sergio Abeyta, Lorenzo Abeyta, Crystal Garcia, Stephanie Carr, Gabrielle War, Rhiannon Carr and Isaiah Abeyta; two great-granchildren, Natasha Ayala and Janessa Henderson. Mrs. Abeyta was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation was recited on Monday evening in the Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd. SW. Final Visitation will be in the Church on Tuesday morning, morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. by Father Anthony Bolman. Interment will follow in the Abeytas Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Fidel G. Abeyta, Isaac Abeyta, Randy Abeyta, Bryan Abeyta, Brian Carr and Raymond Gallegos. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Torrez, Randy Abeyta Jr., Sergio Abeyta, Bryan Abeyta Jr., Lorenzo Abeyta and Loretta Gallegos.
