Jeremiah W. Hall, a well known and much respected citizen and war veteran died very suddenly at his home at No 7 Glenwood Ave. Thursday noon. Mr. Hall had been as well as usual for the past few weeks and was about the house during the forenoon. He had complained of not being well but refused to have a doctor. At noon he stepped into his room and passed away. Medical Refer(?) Kray was notified and viewed the remains and decided that no inquest was needed. He thought the cause of death was heart failure. The remains were turned over to Undertaker R.M. Edgerly. The announcement of the death was a surprise to all as only a short time ago Mr. Hall was seen on the streets. Mr. Hall was a man who was a good father, neighbor and citizen. He was a war veteran with a good record. He was a man who was proud of the record he made. Mr. Hall was a member of the Sampson Post No.22(?) (?) (?)of this city and in the past he always took a large amount of interest.
