Marguerite B. Callaway
CONCORDIA — Marguerite B. Callaway, 84, Concordia, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 1995, at her home. Mrs. Callaway was born Marguerite Abbott on Aug. 8, 1911, at Smith Center and was a Concordia resident since 1931, moving from Topeka. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church, Concordia.
Her husband, Emmett H. Callaway, died in 1981.
Survivors include two sons, Donald of Florissant, Mo., and Albert of Concordia; two brothers,. Carl Abbott of Fayetteville, Ark., and Gene Abbott of Collinsville, Okla.; four grandchildren; and a greatgrandchild.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel, Concordia, the Rev. James Autrey officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation will be after 9 a.m. today at Chaput-Buoy Chapel, 325 W:,Sixth, P.O. Box 606, Concordia 66901.
