Sally L. Abbott, age 63, passed away unexpectedly after a short illness, Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Riverside Hospital. Retired from Hilliard City Schools. Preceded in death by parents Howard and Velma Cruise and sister Carol Groth. Survived by husband of 41 years, Jim; sons, Tom (Amy) Abbott and Andy (Dorianne) Abbott; grandchildren, Lauren Mae and Taylor Grace Abbott; other family and friends. There will be a gathering of friends at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with Crematory, 2693 W. Broad St., Tuesday, 4-7 p.m. Private family inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
