Mr Abrams died Friday, Februray 12 at Baptist Medical Center in Memphis.
He was a native of Hardin County, the son of the late Ed and Fannie Eaton Abrams.
He was a retired equipment operator with the Tennessee Department of Forrestry, a farmer and a member of the Lutts Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife Mrs Frankie Abrams of Lutts; one son, Jimmy Abrams of Lutts; one brother, Edwin Abrams of Savannah; two grandsons; three great-grandchildren; one niece and three nephews.
