Both of them, along with my paternal Grandfather Bob Bowling, were buried in a cemetery in Bowlingtown Ky., which exists no longer. The Buckhorn State park sits on the property now.
Before the damn was built, all graves were moved across the river on top of a hill, no markers. Just shoebox size boxes were buried. I don't know of the Kentucky corps of Engineers would have a plot to the moved graves or not.
