Passed Away at Her Home.

Mrs. Jos. Mares departed this life at her home in Dwight, Monday, October 22, after suffering for 2 years with tuberculosis.

Mary Stava was born on a farm near Bruno about 36 years ago where she lived until 17 years ago, when her parents moved to Dwight. A year later the was united in marriage to Joseph Mares of Dwight. She was the mother of seven children, all boys, the oldest one being about fifteen years of age.

Funeral services were held at the Catholic church on Wednesday October 24, at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Father Pazourek. The Clipper extends sincere sympathy in their sad hour of bereavement.
