Phillip D. Adams, 39, of Princeton, died Thursday, March 3, 2011, at 8:18 p.m. at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
A son of Roger Dale Adams of Calvert City, and the late Rhoda Eddings Adams, he was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Lyon County.
Survivors in addition to his father, include his wife, Regina Scholes Adams; four daughters, Ezria Adams and Mary Rebecca Adams, both of Tazwell, Tenn., Whitney Kaletch of Calvert City; and Hilliary Kaletch of Princeton; three grandchildren; paternal grandmother, Mary Floyd of Evansville, Ind.; two brothers, Steven D. Adams of Draffenville and Christopher D. Adams of Calvert City; and two sisters, Samantha Jo Adams of Grand Rivers and Elizabeth Nicole Adams of Gilbertsville.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, March 7, at 11 a.m. at Dunn's Funeral Home in Eddyville with the Rev. Troy Jent and the Rev. Mickey Lewis officiating.
Burial followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
