Abbott, Sophia Louise - Died 1891 - Mrs Charles Luther Abbott - No Marker - Died March 28 1891 - Age 42 years - Five weeks since - Sophia had been taken sick with grippe. At first it was thought she would soon get better, but instead she gradually worsened, lost strength and wasted away until she breathed her last a few minutes after noon on a Saturday. Born in New Hampshire, she had come to Silverton with her husband, Charles L., and their children, Charles H, George C., William P., and Suzette., in 1884. Survivors of Sophia were her husband, Charles L. Abbott, and their children, (perhaps her step children) Charles H., George C., and Suzette., also two sisters in Brooklyn, New York.
