The Derrick, Thursday, Oct 4 1973:
Mrs. Martha Jane Faulds, 58, of 1232 15th St., died at 6:35 am today om the Franklin Hospital where she was admitted Aug. 15. Daughter of John and Frances Sobrocco Catapane, she was born in Cleveland, OH, Feb 12, 1915.

She spent her early life in Cleveland, attending public schools, owned and operated a beauty shop in Cleveland, lived in Grove City from 1948 to 1968, then came to Franklin in 1968. She attended the Fox Street Church of God, and was a member of the Cleveland Heights Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.

On March 21, 1940, she married Hugh Faulds who survives, with three sons, Hugh John Faulds of Security, CO, Lewis Robert Faulds and Leonard Allen Faulds, both of New Holland; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Vera Craben of Fairport, OH, and Mrs. Reginald (Ruth) Thorpe of Seattle, WA. She was preceded in death by one sister.
