Joan Marie Aase Shetterly, a longtime Oregon resident, passed away peacefully Sept. 17, 2012.
She was born Oct. 19, 1927 to Joseph and Juliette Aase in Northwood, Iowa. She married Jack Shetterly. He preceded her in death in 2002 She was also preceded in death by a son, Rick in 2007.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Neil Johnson; son, John Shetterly; four grandchildren; two great -grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
