Bio

I live in Indianapolis, but hometown is Louisville, KY. I am a widowed and retired physician/scientist. Because of courthouse fires, 2 UNRELATED Kentucky Evans families were combined into one in late 1800 attempted tree rewrites. DNA and Y-Chromosome confirm my family is the Butler Co line (Christopher Evans b 1725 Wales), and not related to the Whitesville Davis Co (Jordan Andrew Evans b 1779 Wake Co, NC) line. There were multiple Evans-Evans marriages between unrelateds , but at times and places they lived and worked in the same communities. After years of work, I have found living and tested descendants of each Evans-Evans coupling and can DNA prove they descend from BOTH lines. Willing to continue helping others with what I have and have not learned. I support Eastern Cemetery in Louisville, where I have relatives from both sides of my family among the 100,000 plus unmarked and reused graves.
