3RD MT. TABOR MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH CEMETERY This is a Black cemetery that is still active. It lies at the southerly end of Yelvington Road. Access is through a locked gate and lies south of the FP&L Power Corridor. This cemetery is surrounded by lands belonging to John Browning . (Neglected).

YELVINGTON WHITE CEMETERY lies west of and adjacent to the Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, on property owned by John P. Browning Jr. It may have started as a family cemetery for the family and laborers of Gideon Yelvington, a planter from Georgia, who arrived in the territory and claimed his land during the Second Spanish Period.
Yelvington lies at the intersection of the St. Johns, Putnam, and Flagler County lines. Directions are the same as for the 3rd MT. TABOR CEMETERY. Contact John Browning (386) 328-4158, or (386) 325-1871 for permission to enter. No more burials are being permitted on this site. (Abandoned). Also be mindful when you visit that the land in the area is a hunting preserve.
