He was born May 4, 1967 in Richlands, Virginia and was the son of Bonnie Lea Barnes Meadows and the late Howard Avery Meadows. Randal had made his home in the Hill Creek area of Richlands, Virginia for the past two years after moving here from Stafford, Virginia He was a retired concrete finisher, and worked numerous jobs prior to his disability.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister Donna Gail Able.

Brother-in-law, Jerry Abel of Ruther Glen, VA
Nieces, Lisa Lockhart, Angie Sutphin, Ashlie Marshall, Marla Salyers
Nephews, Bud Abel and Dwayne Hicks
Ten great nieces and nephews also survive him along with one great-great niece.

A Memorial service for Randal Perry Meadows will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Delmar Somoskey officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
