Lois Evans passed away in her sleep at the home of her daughter on April 11, 2013.

Lois Mae was born at home on Feb 25, 1928 near Keyes, OK to Ella Mae & Fred "Scoot" Aycock.

She was raised in the Garlington Community of Cimarron County, OK.

She graduated from Boise City OK High School 1946 as Valedictorian. She was also Valedictorian when she went from grade school in 1942 to High School.

She was a waitress; fry cook and worked as Deputy County Clerk. Also worked construction, collection agency & a printing & office supply co.

She married Loyd Evans Oct 19, 1947 in Clayton, NM. Lois Mae was a loving & carrying wife, mother, & daughter.

She was saved at age 10 & was baptized into the Boise City Christian Church Sept 20 1938.

She served as treasurer at the Hope Alliance Church in Urie, WY. She was a lifetime member of the WY Girl Scouts. Serving as Brownie & Jr Leader and neighborhood chairman.

She loved her family and especially enjoyed her granddaughters and great grandchildren popping in and out.

This woman loved God's creations & enjoyed the outdoors she also enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting although she never shot a live animal and crafts.

She is survived by her daughter Linda, favorite son in law Kenneth, of Mt View, WY, son Gary Evans of Winnemucca NV, granddaughter Kathleen Cruth of Laramie, WY, Shawn & Stephanie Evans of Parachute, CO, granddaughter Kristina & Patrick Casalez of Winnemucca, NV, Cheryl & Jason Stegall of Mt View, WY, Sheila Cruth & Shane Arnell, of Mt View WY, Shane's' 2 daughters Aspynn & Chaelyne of Evanston, WY, 8 great grandsons, and 2 great granddaughters. Lois is also survived by her brother "Bud" Lee Roy Aycock, James Adee of Boise City Oklahoma, sisters Doris King of Seibert Co Elaine Hensley of Boise City, Oklahoma, Cindy Scroggins of Gilmer TX, and dear friend Lillia Palmer of Urie, WY., & Karolyn Bare of Cheyenne, WY.

Lois was preceded in death by an infant daughter Joanne, husband Loyd, her mother Ella Mae Adee, father Fred Aycock, brother "Kelly" Benjamin Franklin Aycock II & daughter-in-law Maria Evans.
