Vanceburg- Funeral services are to be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. for Joseph Abrams,54 years old, D&O inspector who died Sunday a his home in Quincy. Mr Abrams was born in Quincy, January 9, 1899, a son of W.A and Millie Abrams. He had been employed by the C & O for 25 Years. Survivors include a sister Mrs, Frank Fugate og Quincy and three brothers, Basil and Orville both of Quincy and James Abrams 2520 Argonne Rd Portsmouth. Rev. Sam Saylers will conduct services at the Antioch Baptist Church with interment following in Sunset Cemetery at Quincy under the direction of Kimble Funeral Home. The body may be viewed at Mrs. Fugate's home.
