He was born June 29, 1949 in Laurium, a son of Emil and Bernice (Lidey) Aho. Ronald was a graduate of Calumet High School, Class of 1967.
Ronald worked as a social worker and cook/dietary aide at Houghton County Medical Care Facility in Hancock. He also cooked at various restaurants in the area. Ronald enjoyed gardening, reading and cooking.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his brother, David (Kathy) Aho of Whitefish Bay, Wis.; sister, Wendy (Glenn) Lampela of Gladwin, Mich.; niece, Emily; and nephew, James.
Burial is in the Calvary Cemetery in Ahmeek.
