Many thanks to Robert Abney (#48473675) for sending me information on Wilma and her family. Wilma's biological parents were William Henry Abner and Neville Artie Allen. Her father died when Wilma was very young. Wilma is then listed in the 1930 census as the adopted daughter of William Hale Wilbanks (#105582246) and Josephine Young Wilbanks (#105582139.) However, it appears that her biological mother (Neville Allen) married a John Lindsey somewhere in the interim, but he dies soon after, which may be why the Wilbanks adopted Wilma and at least two of her biological siblings. I am still researching if the Wilbanks were relations of the William Abner or Neville Allen.
