Funeral Rites Slated Monday
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
Monday at the Nazarene Church for
Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Bulan, 45, who
died at her home at 512 North Golder
Friday night after a four year illness.

The Rev. Pearl Keaton will officiate at
the services. Hubbard-Kelly Funeral
Home is handling the arrangements.

Mrs. Bulan was born May 2, 1912, in
Leesville, La. She moved to Odessa in
May 1950, from El Paso. She was a
member of the Nazarene Church and
Eastern Star.

Survivors include the husband, Steven
Bulan of Odessa; two sons, James M.
Covey of El Paso and Ray M. Covey of
Las Cruces, N. M.; three daughters, Gin-
ger and Garnette Bulan of Odessa, and
Mrs. G. C. Calaway of El Paso; her mother
and one brother, Carl Abner,both of Sacra-
mento, Calif., and four sisters, Mrs. Wilma
Newell of Dallas, Mrs. Bobby Beckenback
of Ft. Knox, Ky., and Mrs. Lola Boone and
Miss Maurine Abner, both of Sacramento.
