According to the 1900 U.S. census, Anna and John Abbl were living in Nicollet county Minnesota. They had seven children at the time: Mary (b:1882), Louis/Alois (b:1885), Joseph (b:1888), Kate (b:1890), Edward (b:1892), Whelmimi/Minnie (b:1894) and Caroline (b:1895). Anna and John also had four other children who died in infancy.
In 1902 the family moved to Palouse Washington where they continued farming. After John died in 1923, Anna moved to Portland, Oregon to be with her daughters. She died in Portland several years later and was buried beside her husband in Buhl, Idaho.
