Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Charles Dove funeral home by the Rev. Donald Knoy. Burial will be at the Hopewell cemetery at Commiskey. Persons may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
Mrs. Abbott was born June 27, 1887, in Jennings county to Abram and Florence Hunter Hall. She was married to William Forrest Abbott and he preceded her in death in February of 1972.
Survivors include a son, Donald Abbott of Anderson; three daughters, Florence Bewley of North Vernon, Eva Kaufman of Commiskey and Mary Drybread of Edinburg. 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
