She was born Oct. 2, 1944, in Tipton County, Ind., the daughter of the late Clarence and Margaret (Guffy) Duncan.
Wilma worked as an office manager at Ace Rent-A-Car.
She attended St. Ambrose Church, was a member of the Noon Optimists Club, the Anderson Corvette Association and East Central Indiana Insurance.
Wilma is survived by her son, Steven Abbott; granddaughter, Brittany; and special friends, Garry and Donna Estle.
She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth; and sisters, Mary Ticen, Joyce Long and Betty Friedman.
Private interment will take place at a later date at Brookside Cemetery, Windfall, Ind.
Arrangements were entrusted to Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.
