Nicholas Abley, aged twenty years, died last night at half past nine at the residence of E.R. Chambers. Mr. Abley is a Russian by birth. He has been employed as a driver on the milk wagon of Mr. Chambers for sometime. His only living relation is his father, who is supposed to be in Chase county. He has been telegraphed for, but a reply was made that no such party resided in that neighborhood. Young Abley will probably be buried this afternoon by friends.

Nicholas Abley, aged twenty, died Saturday evening of pneumonia. The remains were buried in Round Mound cemetery, south of the city. The deceased was a Russian, and had no relatives in Atchison.
