Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, September 4, 2017 in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 til 10:45 AM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Abbott was born October 21, 1922 in Eastman, Georgia to the late Dora Lunsford and Roberson Rogers. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville and retire from Lerners Department Store.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by husband, Herbert D. Abbott; sister, Bertha Doyle Rogers Moon; niece, Wanda Moon and nephew, David Moon Sr.
