December 9, 1924 – October 16, 2017
Frances passed away peacefully at home on Monday afternoon surrounded by the love and affection of family and friends. She has joined her beloved husband John in eternal life.
Frances was adored for her selfless nature and readiness to assist those in need. She was a woman of few words with a strong sense of leadership and commitment to a life of service.
She often said she was happiest with a house full of children to love and feed and did this for decades while tirelessly supporting new immigrants as well as fundraising for both St. Margaret's School and the Greek Orthodox Church.
A Service for Frances will take place on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Ypapanti Greek Orthodox Church of Victoria, Rev. Fr. George Tolias officiating. Burial to follow at Ross Bay Cemetery.
