She was married to Donald Abbott of Monmouth, May 3, 1935 and to this union was born a son Ronald Abbott. For many years they made their home with Donald's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Abbott in Monmouth, and were residing there at the time of her death. She is survived by her husband and son; and five brothers, Dewey, of Kansas City, Mo., Floyd of Sioux Falls, S. D., Corp. Lester who is overseas, Wilbur of North Dakota, and Tell of Manhattan, Kans.
Mrs. Abbott united with the Immanuel Baptist church July 8, 1934 and had been a faithful and loyal member. She was active in church work and in the various organizations of the church. At her death she was president of the Missionary Society.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 at the Immanuel Baptist church in charge of Rev. A. E. Belstrom, pastor. Burial was in the Monmouth cemetery.
