Sims, "The White Cliffs of Dover" (1944) as Mrs. Bland, "Bathing Beauty" (1944) as Dean Clifton, "Thrill of a Romance" (1945) as Mrs. McKenzie, and others. Returning from New York, she worked as an announcer with her daughter on Radio Femenina in Mexico City, where she had various programs. She died of lung cancer and was buried in the Mexico City's Panteón Español.
